Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
2 large bananas mashed (equalling approx. 1 cup)
1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
¼ Cup Coconut oil, melted
¼ Cup Maple syrup or honey (could also use coconut sugar)
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Cup Whole wheat flour
¾ Cup Ground oats
½ Cup Large flake oats, whole
¼ Cup Chopped walnuts
½ tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp salt
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas then stir in the yogurt, maple syrup, oil and vanilla
2. Add the ground oats, whole oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
3. Spoon into 12 lined muffin cups or silicon muffin cups. You can heap this right to the top
4. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on each muffin
5. Bake for 30-35 min until slightly golden and toothpick comes out clean
