Chocolate Orange Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup Large flake oats
2 Cups Puffed quinoa
4 Scoops (1 Cup) Vanilla Protein powder (we love Isagenix IsaPro)
3 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp Orange extract
¼ Cup Coconut oil, melted
½ Cup Unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp Chocolate sprinkles

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the chocolate sprinkles
2. Roll into balls and dip each ball in the sprinkles
3. Set on parchment lined baking sheet and place in the freezer to firm up
4. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer
