Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Squares

2 Cups Oat ring cereal (Cheerios)

¼ Cup Coconut Oil

½ Cup Natural Peanut butter

¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk

2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate chips

1 tsp Vanilla extract

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

4 Scoops (1 Cup) Vanilla Protein powder  (We love Isagenix IsaPro)




1. In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil, chocolate chips, almond milk and vanilla until both chocolate chips and coconut oil are melted

2. Place the peanut butter in a large bowl.  Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder

3. Add the coconut oil mixture and mix well

4. Stir in the cereal

5. Press the mixture into an 8x8 pan and place in the fridge until firm

6. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer
