Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Donuts

Ingredients
For the donuts
3 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
½ Cup Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 Whole egg
1 Scoop (1/4 Cup) Vanilla protein powder (We love Isagenix IsaPro)
3 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp Coconut flour
¼ tsp Baking powder
For the Glaze
1 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients for the donuts together in a bowl
2. Lightly spray a 6 donut pan with non-stick spray
3. Fill each space with batter
4. Place in oven and bake approx. 10-12 minutes. You do not want to over bake, they may still seem a bit soft when you take them out, but they will firm up.
5. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack to cool
6. In a small saucepan, melt 1 tbsp peanut butter with 2 tbsp chocolate chips
7. remove donuts from pan and glaze with the chocolate mixture
Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer
