Cocoa-Berry Protein Balls

1 Cup Large flake oats
1 Cup Puffed quinoa
1 Cup Shredded, unsweetened coconut
4 Scoops (1 Cup) Vanilla protein powder (We love Isagenix IsaPro)
3 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp Unsweetened, raw cacao nibs
¼ Cup Dried strawberries, chopped (using a knife dipped in hot water helps)
¼ Cup Coconut oil, melted
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients
2. Stir in melted coconut oil and almond milk and mix well
3. Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
4. Place in freezer to firm up, then transfer to an airtight container
Best if stored in the fridge or freezer
