Makes 24 balls

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup old fashioned oats, ground

¾ cup sliced almonds, toasted (reserve ¼ cup for topping)

4 scoops vanilla Isapro protein powder

15 drops toffee caramel liquid Stevia

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

½ cup unswseetened almond milk

2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

**optional ¼ cup good quality dark chocolate for topping**

In a large bowl, combine oats. In blender (or Magic Bullet), grind ½ cup of the slivered toasted almonds and add to oats (reserve ¼ cup of almonds for topping). Combine the unsweetened almond milk with the 15 drops of liquid stevia. Add all remaining ingredients and stir (or knead) until combined.

Form into 24 balls. Set in freezer for 10 mins. While setting, melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Remove balls from freezer, top with 1 tsp of dark chocolate and sprinkle crushed, toasted almonds on top.
