Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake (flourless)

Ingredients
1 Egg
1 Egg white (or 2 Tbsp liquid egg whites)
¼ Low fat greek yogurt, (plain)
2 Tbsp Maple syrup
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (natural no sugar, no salt)
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ Cup Coconut oil, melted
½ Cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
5 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp Dark mini chocolate chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
1. In a mixing bowl, mix egg, egg whites, yogurt, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut oil. Whisk well until combined
2. Whisk in PB2, cocoa, and baking soda
3. Stir in chocolate chips
4. Spread into an 8x8 pan, lightly sprayed with non stick spray
5. Bake for 16-18 min. You want it to still be slightly soft in the middle as it will firm up as it cools.
6. Cut into squares and enjoy
