Extreme Chocolate Chili Protein Balls

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Large flake oats
1 Cup shredded unsweetened coconut
4 Scoops (1 Cup) Chocolate protein powder (We love Isagenix IsaPro)
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ Cup Peanut butter
¼ Cup Coconut oil
½ Cup Almond milk
2 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp pink sea salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut, protein powder, cocoa, and chili powder
2. Melt together the peanut butter and coconut oil
3. Mix melted coconut oil/peanut butter and almond milk into the dry mixture
4. Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
5. Place in freezer to firm up
6. Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tsp coconut oil
7. Dip each ball in the chocolate and then sprinkle each with chili flakes and the sea salt
Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer
