Fresh Apple Salsa
12 servings (serving size: 1/4 cup)

2 cups (about 3/4 pound) diced peeled Spartan apple
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
This is amazing with tortilla chips or pita crips, but also on grilled white fish or chicken breast!
