Fruity Coconut Energy Balls

Makes 20

1 cup old fashioned oat (large flake)

1 cup old fashioned oats, ground

1 cup unsweetened coconut

¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted

2 scoops undenatured vanilla protein powder (we love Isagenix Isapro)

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds

**optional ~ 2-3 squares of dark chocolate, melted (we love green tea infused Isagenix Isadelights ~ note that this will change the nutrient value a little bit)


Mix all ingredients together in large bowl (except dark chocolate)

Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.


Place in freezer for about 20 mins.  If dipping in chocolate, now is the time! Then place back in freezer for about 10 mins before storing in airtight container in fridge or freezer!
