Mushroom and Leek Chicken

Italian Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

 

1 Pound Extra lean ground turkey

¼ Cup Finely chopped onion

3 Tbsp Tomato paste

1 Egg

1/3 Cup Whole wheat panko breadcrumbs

¼ Cup Shredded parmesan cheese

1 Tbsp Dried oregano

2 tsp Dried basil

½ tsp Dried chili flakes

2 Cloves garlic, crushed

¼ tsp salt

 

Directions

 

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

2. Form into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet

3. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 35 min until lightly browned and meatballs are cooked through

 

Serve on salad, with pasta, or as an appetizer as is.
