Lemon Thyme Chicken Breast

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
4 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
¼ Cup Lemon juice
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Oilve oil
½ tsp course salt
Directions
1 Mix thyme, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a small bowl
2 Place chicken breast in a dish or ziplock bag and then pour the lemon thyme mixture over top. 3 Set aside and let marinade at least 30 min, or overnight
4 Move chicken to a baking dish and pour marinade over top
5 Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink
6 Baste with the pan juices before serving, pan juices are also great on rice
This marinade is also excellent on pork tenderloin and prime rib
