Hello my chosen sistas! Welcome to Spring Journey 2021!!! You are here!! You have made the most amazing choice for you and your health and I am so proud of you! This will be my third journey with HRM and my first as an Ambassador and I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to support you and cheer you on!
My first journey started almost 1 year ago, literally right before the COVID -19 lock down. Healthy Role Models could not have come into my life at a better time. It was like the universe knew exactly what I needed, when I needed it.
It was so amazing to be able to do all the exercises in the safety of my own home, and even in the park on a nice day. Not having to leave the house or go to a gym has been a game changer for me. The Healthy Role Model program really helped me create a clear vision of why I wanted to make this lifestyle change and provided me with all the tools to achieve my goals. Posting to the page daily has become my daily journaling practice. I also loved that I got so much more back from investing this time in myself than I ever thought possible: more self-awareness, more strength, more mindfulness, all the things that I can’t wait for you to experience for yourself!
Every journey has been different for me and I have had many different takeaways each time. Life has its ebbs and flows but your why will always be strong enough to carry you closer to yourgoals. The one thing that has always been consistent is this amazing community. Like many healthy role models, a good friend introduced me to this community and I will forever be grateful for her for paying this gift and this lifestyle forward. Never before have I felt so supported and inspired by a community of women. I finally feel free to show up as my truest self in all aspects of my life. There is nothing more powerful than the connection you will experience in this community. It is truly life changing.
Soak everything in and take each day at your own pace. Some days will be more challenging than others, but remember: Challenge = Change. This is your journey that is unique to you and I am here to support you 100%!
