Oh HRM Protein Balls

Ingredients

 

1.5 Cups Large flake oats

1 Cup shredded, unsweetened coconut

4 Scoops (1 Cup) Vanilla Protein powder (We love Isagenix Isapro)

¼ cup Almond butter

¼ cup Coconut oil

1/3 Cup + 2 Tbsp Unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp Caramel extract

2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil (for dipping)

2 Tbsp chopped peanuts

 

Directions

 

1. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut and protein powder

2. Heat almond butter, coconut oil, almond milk and caramel extract in small saucepan until almond butter and coconut oil are melted

3. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix

4. Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet

5. Place in freezer for 10 min to firm up

6. Melt together the chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil

7. Dip balls in the chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts

 

Store in fridge or freezer in air tight container
