PB & Pretzel Protein Balls

¼ Cup Natural peanut butter

½ Cup PB2 (Powdered peanut butter)

4 Scoops (1 Cup) Chocolate protein powder (We love Isagenix IsaPro)

½ Cup Unsweetened chocolate almond milk

2 Cups Large flake oats

½ Cup Shredded, unsweetened coconut

¼ Cup Low-fat mini pretzel twists (about 10 pretzels)

2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate chips

1 tsp Coconut oil




1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, pb2, protein powder and almond milk

2. Stir in oats and coconut

3. Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet

4. Place balls in the freezer to firm up

5. Crush pretzels into small pieces (rolling pin works well)

6. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave or small pot

7. Dip each ball in the chocolate and then into the crushed pretzels


Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer
