Peanut Butter Dream Cups

Servings: 18

Nutrition per serving:  4g Carbohydrates, 10g Healthy Fats, 5g Protein, 1g Sugar

¼ Cup Coconut Oil

½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter

3 Tbsp Mini Dark Chocolate chips

3 Scoops (3/4 Cup) Chocolate protein powder (we love Isagenix IsaPro)

1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa

1/3 Cup Shredded, unsweetened coconut

¼ Cup Chopped peanuts (Unsalted)




1. In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil, peanut butter, and chocolate chips until melted and smooth

2. Stir in the protein powder and cocoa stirring until smooth

3. Stir in the coconut and peanuts

4. Spoon into mini muffin tins lined with paper liners, or use silicone muffin cups

5. Place in freezer to firm up


Store in fridge or freezer.  These will melt quickly if not chilled.
