Protein Balls with a Twist of Lemon

Makes 16

1 cup old fashioned oat (large flake)

1 cup old fashioned oats, ground

1 cup unsweetened coconut

¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted

2 scoops undenatured vanilla protein powder (we love Isagenix Isapro)

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Grated rind of one lemon

Juice of ½ a lemon

2 tsp lemon extract

 

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.Place in freezer for about 20 mins.Store in airtight container in freezer!
