Sandy Balls

Makes 24

1 cup old fashioned oat (large flake)

1 cup old fashioned oats, ground

3/4 cup unsweetened coconut

¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted

4 scoops vanilla Isapro protein powder 

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

¼ cup graham crumbs

Mix all ingredients, except the graham crumbs, together in large bowl. Form into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.  Then roll each ball in a light coating of graham crumbs.  

 

Place in freezer for about 20 mins before storing in airtight container in fridge or freezer!
