Turkey Meatballs
Makes 48

2 pounds ground turkey
2 large handfuls spinach, chopped
3 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup egg whites
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp organic no-salt seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste )

Put oats and water in microwave bowl on high for 1 minute

Add all ingredients above in large bowl and mix well

Form into meatballs this will make 48 small or adjust to the size you prefer

Coat large pan with olive oil and cook in batches on medium heat, 5 min per side

Cool on plate and then refrigerate or freeze
