Turkey Meatballs

 

Makes 48

2 pounds ground turkey 

2 large handfuls spinach, chopped 

3 tsp garlic (minced)

1/2 cup egg whites

3/4 cup old fashioned oats 

3/4 cup water 

1 tbsp organic no-salt seasoning 

1 tsp pepper 

1 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste )

 

  • Put oats and water in microwave bowl on high for 1 minute 

  • Add all ingredients above in large bowl and mix well 

  • Form into meatballs this will make 48 small or adjust to the size you prefer

  • Coat large pan with olive oil and cook in batches on medium heat, 5 min per side 

  • Cool on plate and then refrigerate or freeze
